We’re excited to share significant updates and improvements related to LMTDC and our LIMITLESS Coin ($LMTdc):

Private Stage Success: The private investment round has been successfully filled, with LMTDC gaining substantial interest and investment from Venture Capitalists (VCs).

Pre-Sale Stage: The pre-sale stage is scheduled to conclude on December 15, 2024.

Public Sale: Following the pre-sale, our public sale will commence from December 15, 2024, to January 30, 2025. Tokens will be offered at a 30% higher price than the pre-sale stage, but without a vesting period for investments less than $100,000.

$LMTdc Listing: We are thrilled to announce that LIMITLESS Coin ($LMTdc) will be listed on exchanges starting February 11, 2025. Due to increased business valuation, significant community growth, and profitability in our e-commerce ventures, the listing price has been adjusted from $1.4 to $2.4 per coin.

E-commerce Expansion: LMTDC has begun to either build or invest in 100 e-commerce ventures targeted at the European and Asian markets, aiming to enhance our digital footprint and profitability.

Staking System Launch: Our new staking system where you stake Ethereum to be rewarded with LIMITLESS Coin will be introduced on November 30, 2024.

Community Governance: Our voting system is now active, and all $LMTdc holders with connected wallets can participate in pivotal company decisions and roadmap planning.

Token Supply Lock:

almost 80% of the total supply will be locked directly or indirectly for a maximum of 10 years to ensure long-term value growth.
2% of the supply was acquired by VCs during the private sale, with a 2-year lock period.
5% of the supply is allocated for the pre-sale, with vesting periods ranging from 3 to 24 months.
5% of the supply will be available in the public sale, free to transfer with no lock period.
8% of the supply will be released to exchanges over 2 years to manage market making and price stability.

Airdrop Conclusion: The airdrop initiative will conclude on December 31, 2024, with the distribution of both USDT and LIMITLESS Coins completed by the end of November 2024.
